The University of Oxford explains that the Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a business tool used to visualize all the building blocks of starting a business, including customers, route to market, value proposition and finance.
The blocks on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) are:
Customer Segments: Who are the customers? What do they think? See? Feel? Do?
Value Propositions: What’s compelling about the proposition? Why do customers buy, use?
Channels: How are these propositions promoted, sold and delivered? Why? Is it working?
Customer Relationships: How do you interact with the customer through their ‘journey’?
Revenue Streams: How does the business earn revenue from the value propositions?
Key Activities: What uniquely strategic things does the business do to deliver its proposition?
Key Resources: What unique strategic assets must the business have to compete?
Key Partnerships: What can the company not do so it can focus on its Key Activities?
Cost Structure: What are the business’ major cost drivers? How are they linked to revenue?
Each of these blocks needs to be accurately filled in, and revisited regularly to ensure the business model is still accurate.

"Why Filipinos are Resilient"
GLOREHE dedicates its PR initiatives to the children of Tacloban City, Philippines, and to all victims of the fiercest typhoon in world history: Typhoon Haiyan (also called Yolanda) ravaged the Philippines on November 8, 2013, leaving thousands dead and around a million population, homeless.
GLOREHE acknowledges the leadership of the Philippine Humanitarian Coalition (PHC), Washington, D.C. for holding a Kick-Off Reception on February 22, 2014, in Metro Washington, D.C. near the National Harbor. GLOREHE acknowledges the team effort of PHC, and the support of the Philippine Embassy, Washington, D.C. led by Ambassador Jose L. Cuisia and his wife, Mrs. Vicky Cuisia.
GLOREHE is honored to design the event program for the PHC Kick-Off with the theme: “Why Filipinos are Resilient”
